GeoScience Educational Adventures

To register and reserve your space for a GeoScience Adventures Educational Workshop, print out and complete the information on the registration form, and mail the completed form by May 15, 2008 to the address below. Participation is limited to twenty (20) per session so early registration is recommended.

Please register as early as possible so that we can finalize our planning, prepare the workbooks, etc.

Workshop Costs:

Cost for each GeoScience Adventures workshops is $250 per 3-day workshop which includes box lunches, refreshments, handouts, handbook, and two hours recertification credit from the Professional Teaching Standards Board.

Deposit of $50.00 per workshop is due with submittal of the Registration Form to secure your reservation. (Remainder of registration fee due first day of workshop).

Deadline for registration is May 15, 2008!

Full refund of deposit for cancellations made prior to May 1, 2008

College Credit Costs: For those who elect to take the workshops for college credit, additional costs apply as follows:

· $80 per workshop for two (2) hours of college credit (enrichment credits) through the University of Wyoming Outreach Program. These additional fees will be collected the first day of each workshop.

· The Iowa State University courses are all graduate level (GEOL 593). Summer 2008 Courses are now been posted on the ISU website at www.lifelearner.iastate.edu/courses/course.htm

· Note: You must be registered with GeoScience Adventures prior to registering with ISU for the graduate credits.
